Not only is he an amazing coach, but also a great mentor to all his staff and customers. Being part of the VC boxing gym really feels like family and home. The workouts are for people who are serious about losing weight. You will get the results if you put in the work as all the tools are provided to you. Chris is also very knowledgeable with boxing and teaching new beginners the techniques needed to be successful
